Terms and Conditions:
Our goal is to provide
exemplary tutoring services that meet the needs of all of our
students. I n the unlikely event, that a student is dissatisfied,
that student must contact It’s All live at 440
775–1050 or via manager@itsalllive.com 36 hour prior to the next
class. Its
all live will make every effort to resolve the problem for the
student. If the student remains dissatisfied after efforts at
resolution have failed, It’s All Live will cancel the
service and refund the balanced of any unused tutoring hours less an administrative
fee of $50.00.
